Mã Lỗi ( Error Code 58 ) của Máy in laser HP



 

HP PRINTER ERROR 14 – NO EP CART OR NO TONER CART / ALSO NEWER PRINTERS - 2300, 9000 IS A JAM ERROR

ALL HP LASER PRINTERS 

1. No toner cartridge installed or cartridge not fully seated. 

2. Missing sensitivity tabs. 

3. Bad toner cartridge. 

HP LASER PRINTER 2, 2D, 3, 3D 

1. Defective paper control PCA. 

2. Defective high voltage unite.

HP LASER PRINTER 3SI, 4SI 

1. Check tabs on right side of toner cartridge. 


2. Switch actuator bent support tab on upper right corner of DC controller bent or not installed correctly. 

3. Defective  high voltage unite

HP LASER PRINTER 4V 

1. Defective toner cartridge micro switch on high voltage PCA. 

2. Malfunctioning front door sensor located on small front door unit terminal PCA on front door under transfer roller. 

3. Defective DC controller PCA. 

HP LASER PRINTER 4, 4+, 5 

1. Defective toner cartridge. 

2. Defective high voltage unite or dirty or misaligned contacts. 

HP LASER PRINTER 2300

1. Rollers in tray 2 and tray 3 are worn.

2. Change all feed rollers.

HP LASER PRINTER 9000, 9040, 9050MFP

1. A page is jammed in tray 2 or tray 3

2. Verify that the media meets specifications and is stored correctly.

3. Clean the indicated tray's feed rollers.

4. Replace the feed and separation rollers.

HP LASER PRINTERS ERROR CODES 11 – PAPER OUT

ALL HP PRINTERS

1. Paper or paper tray empty or not seated correctly. 

2.  Paper Tray Sensor arm stuck or broken. 

3. Defective tray size sensing or configuration. 

4. Defective paper control or sensor PCA. 

4L HP PRINTERS 

1. Paper cassette is empty or missing. 

2. Paper cassette is not seated correctly.

 3. Paper out flag PS2 is broken or stuck. 

4. Defective DC controller PCA. 

5. Tray 1 is empty. 

6. Tray 2 is empty.

HP LASER PRINTER P3005 ERROR 11.XX - INTERNAL CLOCK ERROR

1. The device internal clock is not working correctly.

2. Printing can continue, but you are prompted to set the date and time each time you turn the device on.

3. Contact HP Support.

HP LASER PRINTER P3037M/3035 ERROR 11.XX - INTERNAL CLOCK ERROR

1. The device real time clock has experienced an error.

2. Set the time and date in the menu.

3. If error persists, replace the formatter.

HP LASER PRINTER 4345MFP ERROR 11.XX

1. The MFP real time clock has experienced an error.

2. Whenever the MFP is turned off and then turned on again, set the time and date at the control panel.

3. If the error persists, you might need to replace the formatter.

HP LASER PRINTER 5200 ERROR 11.XX

1. The printer internal clock is not working correctly. You are prompted to set the date and time each tie you turn the printer on.

2  If the error persists, replace the formatter.

 

 

HP LASER PRINTER ERROR CODE 02 – WARMING UP MODE
 

HP ERROR CODE FOR 2, 3, 2D, 3D

1. I/O Cable is bad or hooked up incorrectly. Communication problem between computer and printer.

2. Bad D.C. Controller.

3. Bad Fuser Ass'y 

4. Bad D.C. Power Supply

HP LASER PRINTER  3SI, 4SI 

1. Defective display cable or formatter PCA. 

2. Bad Fuser Ass'y

HP ERROR CODE FOR 4V, 5SI 

1. I/O cable is hooked up incorrectly or bad interface in 
Computer.

2. Defective parts such as: fuser, PCA board, DC controller.

HP LASER PRINTER LỖI (ERROR CODE 58) - memory sensor error

 
HP LASER PRINTER ERROR CODE 58.1 OR 58.2 

HP LASER PRINTERS 1200, 2200, 3100, 3200, 4100 

1. Replace the ECU. 

2. Replace the environmental thermistor. 

3. Replace the toner cartridge. 

4. Replace the memory controller PCB. 

5. Replace the cartridge memory antenna assembly.

HP LASER PRINTERS 2300 ERROR 58.XX

1. A printer memory tag CPU error was detected.

2. If printer is plugged into a UPS supplies, or additional power supplies, or a power strip. Plug the printer straight in to the wall. If you are one of these people that plug 4 or 5 printers in the same wall outlet with a bunch of power strips and extension cords. Get real. The printer needs to be plugged in to  dedicated power sources or wall out let.

3. I would test the wall outlet or have building maintenance do it for you. To see if the wall outlet is at AC-120, or return to ground .04 or less.

4. Replace Air generator sensor

5. Replace CPU

6. Replace Power supply.

HP LASER PRINTERS 2410, 2420, 2430 ERROR 58.2

1. Air temperature sensor error.

2. Turn the printer off and then turn the printer on again.

3. Reconnect the connector between the air temperature sensor and the power supply. 

4. Replace the fan.

5. Replace the power supply.

HP LASER PRINTERS 2410, 2420, 2430 ERROR 58.3

1. ECU error.

2. Replace the ECU.

HP LASER PRINTERS 2410, 2420, 2430 ERROR 58.4

1. Power supply error.

1. Is the air temperature sensor.

2. Replace the air -temperature sensor.

1. A memory error has been detected.

2. Turn the MFP off, and then turn the MFP on.

3. Reconnect the connector J63 on the engine power supply. The air temperature sensor is the thermostat that is mounted across the main cooling fan.

4. Replace the air temperature sensor.

5. Replace the engine power supply.

6. Replace the DC controller PCA.

7. Replace the engine power supply.

HP COLOR LASER PRINTER 4600, 5500 ERROR 58.3, 58.4

1. A memory tag error was detected.

2. Replace memory PCB.

3. Replace the D.C. controller.

4. Replace the power supply.

HP LASER PRINTER 5200

1. A processor error has occurred.

2. Check the cable connection of the DC controller (J301) to the low Voltage power supply (J201).

HP LASER PRINTER 8100, 8150 ERROR 58.1, 58.2, 58.3, 58.4

1. A paper tray lift malfunction.

2. Change tray 1 input unite.

3. Change tray 2, 3 input unite.

4. Change tray 4 lift motor. 

HP COLOR LASER PRINTER 8500, 8550 ERROR 58.1 

1. Indicates that the paper diverter inside the right upper door is out of position, causing an error feeding media from tray 1.

2. Replace the pick up and separation pad on tray 1.

3. Replace try one input unite.

HP LASER PRINTER 9000
, 9040, 9050MFP

1.. Check printer configuration.

2. Replace toner cartridge.

3. Replace the toner contact sensor assembly.

4. Replace the DC controller.

 

ERROR CODE 18 – MIO NOT READY

 ALL HP LASER  PRINTERS 

1. Printer is not connected to the network or computer. 

2. Printer or computer communication problem. 

3. Bad jet direct card. 

4. Bad formatter board. 

HP LASER PRINTER ERROR CODE 20 – MEMORY OVERFLOW

ALL HP LASER PRINTERS 

1. Large print job exceeding memory capacity. 

2. Too much data or data too complex.

3. Set enhanced I/O to auto mode.

4. Press the GO button or CHECK button the printer will restart the print job but some data might be lost.

5. You might have tried to print to many macros, soft fonts, or complex graphics.

6. Turn the image adapt and page protect to ON or AUTO to print the job. You might have to turn them back to off on some printers it might degrade performance.

7. ADD MORE MEMORY .

HP LASER PRINTER 2200 ERROR 20

1. The printer memory is full.

2. Press GO to resume printing.

3. If you lose some data, try to free some printer memory by removing any unnecessary fonts, macros, or any other data currently in the printer memory.

4. If you continue to lose data, you might need to add more printer memory.

5. For a temporary solution, simplify the image or print at a lower resolution.

HP LASER PRINTER 2300, 2410, 2420, 2430

1. The Printer received more data than can fit in its available memory.

2. You might have tried to transfer too many macros, soft  fonts, or complex graphics.

3. Press SELECT button to print the transferred data, and then simplify the print job or install additional memory.

HP LASER PRINTER P3005

1. The device has received more data from the computer than fits in available memory.

2. Press SELECT button to continue printing, Data will be lost.

3. Reduce the complexity of the print job to avoid this error.

4. Adding memory to the device may allow printing of more complex pages.

HP LASER PRINTER 3027M/3035, 4100, 4100MFP, 4200, 4250, 4300, 4350

1. The device received more data than can fit in the available memory.

2. Press OK to print the transferred data and then simplify the print job.

3. Install additional memory.

HP LASER PRINTER 4345MFP

1. The MFP received more data than can fit in the available memory. You might have tried to transfer too many macros, soft fonts, or complex graphics.

2. Touch OK to print the transferred data, some data might be lost.

3. Simplify the print job or install additional memory.

HP LASER PRINTER 5025MFP, 5035MFP ERROR 20.X

1. Insufficient memory error.

X=1: internal ROM

X=2: Card slot

X=3: non removable hard disk

X=4: EIO disk

X=5: USB device or external device

2. Press OK to print the transferred data, and then simplify the print job

3. Install additional memory.

HP LASER PRINTER 5100, 5200

1. The printer received more data than can fit in its available memory. 

2. Press GO to print the transferred data, some data might be lost.

3. Simplify the print job or install additional memory.

HP LASER PRINTER ERROR CODE 21 – PRINTER OVERRUN

ALL HP LASER PRINTERS

1. Too complex print job. 

2.Too much data or data too complex. 

3. The data dense text, rules, raster or vector graphics sent to the printer.

4. Turn the image adapt and page protect to ON or AUTO to print the job. You might have to turn them back to off on some printers it might degrade performance.

5. Not enough memory. 

6. ADD MORE MEMORY.

HP LASER PRINTER 2200 ERROR 21

1. The print job was too complex for available printer memory.

2. Press GO to resume printing.

3. If you lose some data, you might need to add more printer memory.

4. For a temporary solution, simplify the image or print at a lower resolution.

HP LASER PRINTER 2300, 2410, 2420, 2430

1. The data  sent to the printer was too complex.

2. Press SELECT button to print the transferred data.

3. If this message appears often, simplify the print job or install additional memory.

HP LASER PRINTER P3005, 5200

1. The page compression process is too slow for the device. Some data may be lost on the page.

2. Press  to see step by step information.

3. To print the job with some data loss, press  to exit the message, and then press SELECT button. If data is lost, simplify the page content to reduce its complexity

4. To exit, press ?.

HP LASER PRINTER 3027M/3035

1. The page formatting process was not fast enough for the device.

2. Press OK to print the transferred data.

3. Check the host configuration.

4. If message persists, replace the EIO card.

HP LASER PRINTER 4100, 4100MFP, 4200, 4250, 4300, 4350

1. The data sent to the printer is too complex.

2. Press GO to print the transferred data.

3. Advice the customer to simplify the print job.

HP LASER PRINTER 4345MFP ERROR 21

1. The page formatting process was not fast enough for the MFP

2. Touch OK to print the transferred data, some data might be lost. If this message appears often, simplify the print job.

HP LASER PRINTER 5025MFP, 5035MFP

1. Page too complex, process was not fast enough for the device.

2. Press OK to print the transferred data.

3. Advice the customer to simplify the print job.

HP LASER PRINTER 5100

1. The data sent to the printer was too complex.

2. Press GO to print the transferred data, some data might be lost.

3. To print job without losing data, from the configuration menu in the printer control panel, set PAGE PROTECT=ON and print the job. Leaving PAGE PROTECT=ON might degrade performance.

4. If this message appears often, simplify the print job or leave PAGE PROTECT=ON

HP LASER PRINTERS 9000, 9040, 9050MFP

1. The page formatting process is too complex.

2. To continue printing, press OK

3. Simplify the print job.

4. To print the job without losing data, set PAGE PROTECT=ON in the configuration menu. No not leave the PAGE PROTECT=ON or the print performance will degrade. The normal setting is PAGE PROTECT=AUTO.

5. Add memory.

HP LASER PRINTER ERROR CODE 22 – EIO CONFIGURATION ERROR
 

ALL HP LASER PRINTERS 

1. I/O configuration  for the computer or printer is incorrect. 

2. Wrong or damaged I/O cable.

3. Computer is powered off. 

4. Damaged printer I/O port. 

5. The printer's EIO card in slot X has overflowed its I/O buffer during a busy state.

6. This error can occur if the driver you are using is not IEEE-1284 compliant. Down load and up to driver

7.  Indicates the parallel buffer has overflowed.

8. Press go or continue to resume printing.

HP LASER PRINTERS 4,4+, 5, 5P, 6P 

1. The computer and printer are not communicating.

2. Check the network cable or reseat the cable.

HP LASER PRINTERS1100, 2100, 4000, 4050, 3100 FAX

1. To much data was sent to the EIO card in the specified slot. An incorrect communications protocol might be in use.

2. Check the host configuration.

3. To much data was sent to the parallel port .

4. Check for a loose connection and make sure to use a high-quality cable. Some cables might be missing a pin connections.

5. Check and make sure that you use the latest version of the printer driver.

HP LASER PRINTERS 2200

1. Verify that the printer cable is connected properly and fully seated at connections.

2. Always use a high qualify cable, some non-HP cables might be missing pin connections, or might otherwise not conform to IEEE-1284 specifications.

3. Replace the formatter.

HP LASER PRINTERS 2300, 2410, 2420, 2430

1. To much data was sent to the EIO card in the specified slot. An incorrect communications protocol might be in use.

2. Check the host configuration.

3. To much data was sent to the parallel port .

4. Check for a loose connection and make sure to use a high-quality cable. Some cables might be missing a pin connections.

5. Check and make sure that you use the latest version of the printer driver.

HP LASER PRINTER P3005, 5200

1. The device EIO card in slot X has overflowed its I/O buffer during a busy state.

2. Press SELECT button to continue printing, Data will be lost.

3. If the message persists, contact HP Support.

HP LASER PRINTER 3027M/3035

1. Too much data was sent to the EIO card , embedded HP Jetdirect print server, or USB buffer.

2. Press OK to print the transferred data.

HP LASER PRINTERS 4200, 4300, 4250, 4350

1.The printers EIO card in slot X has overflowed its I/O buffer during a busy state.

2. Check the configuration of the EIO card and the host computer. If error message persists replace EIO / NETWORK card.

3. The printers parallel buffer has overflowed during a  busy state.

4. Check the parallel configuration to ( High speed to NO and Advanced functions to OFF.)

5. Replace the formatter board.

HP LASER PRINTER 4345MFP

1. Too much data was sent to the EIO card in the specified slot. An incorrect communications protocol might be in use.

2. Touch OK to print the transferred data, some data might be lost.

3. Check the host configuration. If this message persists, replace the device in the EIO slot.

HP LASER PRINTER 5000/5100, 5025MFP, 5035MFP

1. To much data was sent to the EIO card in the specified slot. Press GO to clear the message. ( Data will be lost.)

2. Too much data was sent to the parallel port.

3. Make sure that your using a up to date driver.

4. Check for a loose cable connection and make sure to use a high-quality cable. Parallel cables might be missing pin connections.

HP LASER PRINTER 5SI/8000 

1. Using a non HP MIO device.

2.This is an I/O buffer overrun error on the printer's upper slot HP MIO card.

HP LASER PRINTER 8150

1. To much data was sent to the EIO card in the specified slot. An improper communications protocol may be in us.

2. To much data was sent to the parallel port. This error can occur if the driver you are using is not IEEE-1284 compliant. Down load the latest driver for this printer.

HP LASER PRINTER 4500 

1. Indicates the parallel buffer has overflowed

2. Memory overflow. Print job to large or to complex.

3.The EIO buffer for the EIO card in slot "X" has overflowed during a busy state. 

4.Press GO to resume printing and then resend the job. The data will be lost.

HP LASER PRINTER 4600, 5500

1. To much data was sent to the EIO card in the specified slot. Press GO to clear the message. ( Data will be lost.)

2. Too much data was sent to the parallel port.

3. Make sure that your using a up to date driver.

4. Check for a loose cable connection and make sure to use a high-quality cable. Parallel cables might be missing pin connections.

HP LASER PRINTER 8500

1. The EIO buffer has overflowed during a busy state.

2. Indicates the parallel buffer has overflowed

1. This might happen if several complex jobs are sent simultaneously via the network and are larger than the overflow will allow.

HP LASER PRINTER 9000, 9040, 9050MFP

1. The printer EIO card in slot X has overflowed the I/O buffer during a busy state.

2. Move the EIO card to different slot.

3. Replace EIO card/jetdirect card.

4. The printer parallel buffer has overflowed during a busy state.

5. Reseat the parallel cable.

6. Replace the parallel cable.

7. Replace the formatter board.

HP LASER PRINTER ERROR CODE 52 – INCORRECT SCANNER SPEED ERROR
 

HP LASER PRINTERS 2, 2D, 3, 3D

1. Defective cable laser scanner to dc controller. 

2. Defective laser scanner assembly. 

HP LASER PRINTERS 2P, 2P+, 3P 

1. Bad scanner motor. 

2. bad dc controller. 

HP LASER PRINTERS 3SI, 4SI, 4V

1. Faulty cable assembly. 

2. Scanner motor problem.

3. Defective laser scanner assembly.

4. Defective dc controller. 

HP LASER PRINTERS 4, 4+, 5 

1. Faulty laser scanner cable. 

2. Defective laser scanner assembly.

HP LASER PRINTERS 4L, 4P, 5P, 5L, 5SI 

1. Temporary error. Scanner startup failure.

2. Improperly fitted scanning assembly.

3. Scanner cable problem.

4. Defective laser scanner assembly.

5. Defective dc controller board.

HP LASER PRINTERS  1100, 2100, 4000, 4050, 8000

1. Scanner start up error

2. Replace scanner cable to the D.C. controller and back to scanner. Or replace scanner cable from engine board to scanner ass'y.

3. Replace scanner ass'y.

4. Replace the engine board.

5. Replace the D.C. controller only on the 8000.


HP LASER PRINTERS 1200, 2200, 3100 FAX, 3200 FAX, 4100

1. Temporary error. scanner rotation error.

2. Replace contact image sensor. 

4. Replace laser scanner. 

5. Replace cables to laser scanner and engine board

HP LASER PRINTER 2015

1. Check the laser/scanner cable connections.

2. If the error persists, replace the laser/scanner.

HP LASER PRINTER 2300 ERROR 52.X

1. A temporary scanner start up error.

2. This can also be the shutter tab on the print cartridge. Replace the toner cartridge.

3. Replace the scanner ass'y.

4. Replace the engine board.

HP LASER PRINTER 2410, 2420, 2430 ERROR 52.XY

1. A temporary printing error occurred.

2. Press the SELECT button to continue.

3. Turn the power off and then turn the power on again.

4. Reseat the connections between the laser/scanner and ECU

HP LASER PRINTER P3005 ERROR 52.00

1. A scanner motor error has occurred. Scanner motor rotation is verified at the initialization of a print job.

2. Verify that the scanner motor connector and the ribbon cable from the ECU are firmly seated on the laser/scanner assembly.

3. Verify that the scanner motor connector is firmly seated in connector J402 on the ECU. You might have to remove the main cooling fan to see this connection.

4. Verify that the ribbon cable installed in connector J403 on the ECU is fully seated. You must remove the ECU in order to verify this connection.

5. If the message persists, replace the laser/scanner assembly.

HP LASER PRINTERS 3015/3020/3030MFP

1. The product has experience an internal hardware error.

2. Turn the power off and wait for 30 seconds then turn the power back on. connected on the formatter and on the laser/scanner.

3. Check the FFC connection between the formatter and the scanner.

4. Make sure that all flat, flexible cables (FFCs) are properly

5. Try connecting the product to a different power source or surge protector.

6. Replace the laser scanner assembly.

HP LASER PRINTER 3027M/3035

1. A laser/scanner motor error has occurred. Laser/scanner rotation is verified at the initialization of a print job.

2. Check that the laser/scanner motor connector and the ribbon cable from the ECU are firmly seated on the laser/scanner assembly.

3. Check that the laser/scanner motor connector is firmly seated in connector J402 on the ECU.

4. Check that the ribbon cable installed in connector J403 on the ECU is fully seated.

5. If message persists, replace the laser/scanner.

6. If after replacing the laser/scanner, the message persists, replace the ECU.

HP LASER PRINTER 3050, 3052, 3055, 3390, 3392

1. The printer has experienced an internal hardware error.

2. Turn the printer off and wait 30 seconds then turn the printer back on again.

3. If a surge protector is being used, remove it and plug the printer directly into the wall.

4. Check the FFC connection between the formatter and the scanner.

5. Try connecting the product to a different power source or surge protector.

6. If the error persists, replace the laser/scanner assembly.

HP LASER PRINTER 3200

1. Disconnect the power cable from the product, wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cable and wait for the product to initialize.

2. Try connecting the product to a different power source or surge protector.

3. If the error persists, replace the contact image sensor.

4. If after replacing the contact image sensor, the error persists, replace the formatter.

HP LASER PRINTER 3300

1. Disconnect the power cable from the product, wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cable and wait for the product to initialize

2. Try connecting the product to a different power source or surge protector.

3. If the error persists, replace the laser scanner assembly.

HP LASER PRINTER 3380

1. Disconnect the power cable from the product, wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cable and wait for the product to initialize

2. Make sure that the flat, flexible cables (FFCs) are properly connected on the formatter and on the laser/scanner.

3. Try connecting the product to a different power source or surge protector.

4. If the error persists, replace the laser scanner assembly.

HP LASER PRINTERS 4200, 4300, 4250, 4350 ERROR 52.XX

1. Printer scanner speed error has occurred.

2. Replace laser scanner ass'y

3. Replace the D.C. controller ass'y

52.0 = Scanner error.

52.1 = Scanner startup error

2. Turn the MFP off, and then turn the MFP on.

3. Reseat the connectors between the laser/scanner and DC controller PCA

4. Replace the laser/scanner assembly.

5. Replace the DC controller PCA.

1. Error code K - No Black Color.

2. Error code C - No Cyan Color

3. Error code M - No Magenta color
